Sufism & English Literature

This innovative study deals with he hitherto unnoticed, reflections of cla-ssical Sufism in English Literature from the Middle Ages to the 20th century as parallelisms and congruent images. Sufic echoes and images have subsisted in the Western literature, for centuries and influenced its creative imagination. The present critical discourse, the only work on the subject so far, maks a step in this direction.
